Over the last week I tried to dive into the topic of animation nodes which is an addon for blender. And I got some interesting results that I didn't want to leave on my hard-drive so I build a little atmosphere around them.
Strings!
Connecting particles inside an animated mesh and giving the tubes some depth.
Sounds Halftone!
Using the values of a movie clip to define height and thickness of around 2500 cylinders.

Wavin!
Just a node that finds the shortest path to different vertices, combined with dynamic paint waves.

Tesla!
Just random assignment of different values to vertex locations.
